Sports is a great things for kids to get involved in, meeting friends, and getting fit here are just some of the reasons you should get involved in sports;
1. Boosting confidence- your confidence will for sure be improved, you will feel better more fitting in with others you can learn so many things that sports do for you and confidence is one, They make you feel like you are more excepted and you will always get better and always have help at it.
2. Better social skills- You can always meet new people and have loads of fun, friends are something everyone needs, they help you get through the rough and will always be there for you in the ups and downs. If you don't think you can get through rough patches always look for a friend to talk to.
3. Staying fit- Sports can also help you stay fit, you can lose lots of weight with sports it will always keep you ativite more helpful and better everything, staying fit helps you think better and feel better about your self.
